Teaching Simulation users to do their own After Action Review
At the end of each play of SimuLearn's Virtual Leader, a student see a series of charts that provide reflections on his or her performance. Here is a piece that we created to help students evaluate their own performance.
This is great. A peer or mentor review would help too. You see gamers do this organically; just getting someone else to watch them play and comment. Or asking someone how they overcame a challenge at a certain point.
