They look great.<BR/><BR/>It serves as an excellent example of how we sometimes allow our biases or assumptions to prevent us from exploiting familiar tools. I've seen some related posts stating that powerpoints are somehow inappropriate for training.<BR/><BR/>That is utter nonsense - in every organization in this country every day people are using powerpoint to convey knowledge. But either in writing or presentation, I will build to the full chart, hopefully taking people along with me. For example, with the content/ management/ experience chart, I used less than ten percent of the chart to map out different technologies throughout the course of a book, creating a very simple chart.
