There is so many new ideas, new technologies, and new areas to explore but finding the time to spend playing with these new things is becoming harder and harder to do. I practice good time management (using the GTD system) but my biggest problem is just the day-to-day firefighting.

I suppose what I could do better is stop saying yes so much and do a better job at prioritizing.Billhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00815239887747838141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-71065021774151204622008-04-15T23:22:00.000-07:002008-04-15T23:22:00.000-07:00G-Cube: Putting Learner Back Into LearningG-Cube: Putting Learner Back Into LearningManish Guptahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04847162298017579514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-81881801349852933392008-04-15T15:46:00.000-07:002008-04-15T15:46:00.000-07:00Sylvia Currie - My listSylvia Currie - My listSylvia Curriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17915001468754392837noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-3927227496970075742008-04-15T01:44:00.000-07:002008-04-15T01:44:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Manish Guptahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04847162298017579514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-37678511593783013802008-04-14T07:26:00.000-07:002008-04-14T07:26:00.000-07:00What I would like to do better would be the planni...What I would like to do better would be the planning process when working with a Subject matter expert on their course. At least, I read the question 2-3 times and tried to really ponder on what are the things I personally want to do better as a learning professional.

There are various entities you come across while in a working environment that you think “constrain” or “limit” you to perform your best or perform the way you want to. Some of these entities include the work deadlines, inability to convince the customer on certain aspects of the project, lack of time to learn or induct a new team in the middle of the project, cost, other technology related constraints, and so on. At such times, you wish if you could have things your way, the overall quality of the product you are creating would be much better than what you are currently doing. So, in a nutshell, you have the potential to do it better but you are limited by one or the other so called constraints.

I personally would want to stretch my potential as far as possible and try to do better - especially in the following areas:

1. Understanding my end user better – either by directly talking to them (where possible) or understanding their needs through the customer I am interacting with, so I can add better value in the product I am creating

2. Spend time in “designing” the product well (and not just have a “design” phase in the DLC) and having a design walkthrough

3. Finding out newer ways (by research or interactions) to make the content more engaging and interactive for the learner

4. And most important, to be able to find out (through a feedback survey or similar means) how much impact did the training have on the end user so I can improvise in subsequent workSonalihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00156356158353246124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-65439981194775996372008-04-09T10:57:00.000-07:002008-04-09T10:57:00.000-07:00Peter Shea Here's my ambitionPeter Shea Here's my ambitionPeter Sheahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07011908629244857960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-50673118325535408612008-04-09T08:11:00.000-07:002008-04-09T08:11:00.000-07:00My thoughts on the question...My thoughts on the question...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-73941655477324729522008-04-09T05:06:00.000-07:002008-04-09T05:06:00.000-07:00this is my list of wishesthis is my list of wishesInge (Ignatia) de Waardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03170929012404880320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-58765137736853547392008-04-08T10:04:00.000-07:002008-04-08T10:04:00.000-07:00My thoughts on the question. My thoughts on the question.Clarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07822235162664957878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-70891454135847290542008-04-08T03:36:00.000-07:002008-04-08T03:36:00.000-07:00What Would I Like To Do Better As A Learning Profe...What Would I Like To Do Better As A Learning Professional?

From, TATA Interactive SystemsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-6807157386870534072008-04-08T01:41:00.000-07:002008-04-08T01:41:00.000-07:00Here's mine - better, not different. Here's mine - better, not different.Geetha Krishnanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16977569707194015437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10313978.post-61023232423832673912008-04-07T00:09:00.000-07:002008-04-07T00:09:00.000-07:00Catch my views on Designed for LearningCatch my views on Designed for LearningTaruna Goelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13838323858110552415noreply@blogger.com
