Thus, for February the Big Question is:
What is the impact of the economy on you and your organization? What are you doing as a result?
The goal here is for each of us to reflect and share what's happening to us today as well as looking at what we might need to plan for going forward.
How to Respond:
How to Respond:
Option 1 - Simply put your thoughts in a comment below. This may be hard given the complexity of the topic.
Option 2 -
Step 1 - Post in your blog (please link to this post).
Step 2 - Put a comment in this blog with an HTML ready link that I can simply copy and paste (an HTML anchor tag). I will only copy and past, thus, I would also recommend you include your NAME immediately before your link. So, it should look like:
Tony Karrer - e-Learning 2.0
or you could also include your blog name with something like:
Tony Karrer - e-Learning 2.0 : eLearningTechnology

ReplyDeleteAt the moment the 'impact of the economy' on TCS hasn't settled in yet, though I suspect that rising unemployment may increase our adult enrolments - that's just conjecture.
While my recent posts ( 1 ) ( 2 ) broach this topic, I can't in all honesty say that they're really addressing your Big Question. Let's just say they're tangential, if not philosophical.

ReplyDeleteeLearning will be one of this recessions winners. We should see more investment in projects that use the Internet to train and educate! Our small shop is experiencing an increase in the number of potential jobs (RFPs). I remain bullish on educational Internet initiatives.
